Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to:

All mainland UK addresses
Northern Ireland
Scottish Highlands and Islands
UK offshore islands

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or UK bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

Our courier typically delivers within:

1–3 working days after dispatch

This applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service.

Important Note

Larger or heavier equipment may incur additional shipping costs due to volumetric weight and specialized handling. Shipping rates are calculated individually for each product and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Missing, Late, or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

Photograph the parcel and any visible damage.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
